Returning to KONE Corporation, I focused on user interface devices. Over time, the company undertook a comprehensive renewal of nearly the entire device portfolio. I led the design effort throughout this transformation, shaping the overall offering from a strategic perspective while creating coherent design language, and finally refining the smallest details of each new device.

The complexity of a product series like this can easily be underestimated. When it needs to serve almost every type of building, elevator, and use case globally, and remain relevant for decades in the wild, the challenges, nuances, and details quickly add up.
